Is there parking available on-site?
No, we don’t offer free guest parking on-site. However, there are public parking bays located along Woolley Street and surrounding side streets. Paid parking also available nearby.
What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM. If you plan to arrive after 5:00 PM or outside normal desk hours, please contact us in advance with your estimated time of arrival (ETA) so we can arrange late arrival instructions.
Check-out: Strictly by 10:00 AM.
What identification do I need to present upon arrival?
All guests must present valid physical photo identification
What is your alcohol policy?
To ensure a quiet, safe, and respectful environment for all travelers, consumption on premises is strictly limited to a maximum of 2 standard drinks before midnight. No alcohol consumption is permitted after midnight.
Do you accept long-term stays or student bookings?
Yes! While we cater primarily to short-stay travelers and backpackers, we do offer limited extended stays for university students, working holidaymakers, or seasonal workers. Stays longer than 7 days must be requested directly with management in advance.
